The product contains melatonin and lemon-balm-leaves extract – ingredients conducive to falling asleep.

Melatonin helps shorten the time needed to fall asleep¹ and alleviates the subjective feeling of jetlag².

Lemon-balm leaves have a relaxing and calming effect in states of anxiety and emotional tension, and improve the quality of sleep.

In addition, the product has been supplemented with L-tryptophan, L-theanine and B-group vitamins (thiamine and vitamin B6). Vitamin B6 is important in states of tiredness and fatigue and, similarly to thiamine, helps the nervous system to function properly.

The liquid form of the product facilitates quick absorption. The handy ampoule allows use with exceptional convenience and application at any time.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Water, lemon-balm-leaves extract (Melissa officinalis L.), L-tryptophan, L-theanine, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavouring, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6; thiamine hydrochloride – thiamine (vit. B1), melatonin, preservative – sorbic acid.

Intended use: A dietary supplement for persons experiencing problems with falling asleep fast, as well as for people who travel and have difficulty adapting to changing time zones, which has a negative impact on their sleep.

Attention: The product is not intended for children, adolescents, or women during pregnancy and lactation. This product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Dietary supplements can have a minor negative impact on the ability to operate machinery and drive. Do not mix with alcohol and/or medication, including phyto-therapeutic products, especially those containing valerian. Possible deposits and crystallisation are natural phenomena and do not affect the quality of the product.

Dosage: 1 ampoule (25 ml). Manner of use 1 ampoule, 30 minutes before wishing to fall asleep, or otherwise after consultation with a doctor. Shake before use.
