The product contains melatonin, ** in the form of orally dissolving tablets (ODT), i.e. already disintegrating in the oral cavity, which allows the faster release and absorption of this substance in comparison to conventional forms (tablet/capsule). Citrus flavour. Thanks to the ODT form it is not necessary to swallow the tablet with water.

*Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect is obtained when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Bulking agent – mannitol; carrier – polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; bulking agents – microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitols; anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; flavourings, melatonin, acidity regulator – citric acid; glazing agent – polyvinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose.

Intended use: The preparation is intended as a dietary supplement for people who have difficulty falling asleep fast.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule daily, preferably 30 minutes before wishing to fall asleep, or otherwise after consultation with a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
It is recommended to maintain a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Attention: The product is not intended for children, adolescents, or women during pregnancy and lactation. This product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Dietary supplements can have a minor negative impact on the ability to operate machinery and drive. Do not mix with alcohol and/or medication. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
