Chela-Mag B6® cramp contains a highly-absorbable form of magnesium – in the form of amino acid chelate by Albion® (magnesium bisglycinate) and a highly-absorbable form of potassium (potassium citrate), which have a positive effect on the proper functioning of muscles which, along with vitamin B6, support the proper functioning of the nervous system.

- vitamin B6 participates in magnesium absorption from the gastrointestinal tract and cooperates with magnesium in many processes taking place in the body.
- potassium plays a significant role in the functioning of muscles and of the nervous system. It also has an effect on maintaining normal blood pressure.
