Ingredients: glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (from crustaceans), chondroitin sulfate, Boswellia serrata resin extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), L-ascorbic acid – vit. C, sodium hyaluronate, manganese bisglycinate (manganese amino acid chelate Albion™), bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule – gelatine.

Recommended daily intake Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day or otherwise after consultation with your doctor. It is recommended to use for 2-3 months and then if needed again after 1-2 months break

Chelate, as a neutral complex, does not disturb the cells mineral and ionic balance. After absorption, in the hydrolysis process, the chelate is broken down into glycine (an amino acid involved, among others, in protein synthesis, the metabolic cycle of nucleic acids or neurotransmission) and elemental magnesium.
