INNOVUM® silica is a dietary supplement in capsule form, containing a composition of field horsetail and nettle herbal extracts, sulphuric amino acids (L-methionine, cystine), and collagen hydrolysates, as well as vitamins (A, C, E, riboflavin, biotin and niacin) and minerals (zinc and copper).

*Zinc, vitamin B group (riboflavin, biotin, niacin) and vitamin A in the product promote healthy skin. Vitamins C and E, riboflavin, zinc and copper help to protect cells against oxidative stress. *In addition, zinc promotes healthy hair, skin and nails.

Composition: field horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.), vitamins [L-ascorbic acid – vitamin C, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate – vitamin E, nicotinamide – niacin, retinyl acetate – vitamin A, calcium D-pantothenate – pantothenic acid, cyanocobalamin – vitamin B12, cholecalciferol – vitamin D, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6, riboflavin – vitamin B2, thiamine mononitrate – thiamine (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folic acid, D-biotin – biotin], L-methionine, nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.), zinc gluconate, cystine, collagen protein hydrolysate, silicon dioxide, copper (II) gluconate, filling agent – cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatine).

Intended use: this product is intended for women who care for their beauty and the condition of their skin, hair and nails.

Recommended daily portion: 2 capsules daily, taken with food.
